December holiday hours: The library will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 24th and
Monday, Dec. 26th for the Christmas holiday; and Saturday, Dec. 31st and Monday,
Jan. 2 for the new year.

New Library Hours: Beginning on Tuesday, January 3rd, the library will have new

patterns. The new hours will be:
Tuesday: 12-7
Wednesday & Thursday: 10-5
Friday & Saturday: 8-3

Inclement Weather Policy: The library will be closed if the school district (Oswayo
Valley School District) we serve has closed due to unsafe weather conditions. Any
change in opening or closing will be posted on our website, Facebook page, WGRZ,
WKBW, WIVB and on Solomon’s Word blog. When school is not in session the board
members along, with the staff, will consider all factors to see if the library should
close. Some instances may be: impending storms, tornado warnings, fires, travel
advisories, flooding and any natural disaster in the area. The library will close during
any extended power outages. If you have a DVD due on a day in which the library is
closed OR closes early, you will not be fined as long as the item is returned on the
next day that the library is open.
