1 -2 years is LIGHT..... 4-8 more like it..... Criminal Justice System in this area is one big JOKE

10 DUI convictions and one to two years??? After a couple of DUIs,
he should have a choice: eyes poked out so he can't drive or life behind bars.

Lighten up.. two, ten, twenty? who cares? he didn't hurt anybody.
Way too much time for such a petty crime. (if it really is a crime)

What was the court waiting for, someone to be killed. Unreal. If the man hadn't stopped dui after the 3rd time something should have been done.

4:38.... Either U R just STUPID or U R just Stupid. U pick which one..... Always a JERK in the crowd. That be U.....

Really 4:38? I bet your attitude would change if you or your family were affected by this person's decisions! I think he should get a year for each incident, minimum. Plenty of time to think about his dumb choices.

Poor Guy. just out having a couple of beers with his old friends and the cops target him. What a shame. An old Vet cant go out and have a beer anymore. Such a shame.

4:38pm and 5:56pm - I am sure U R the same person. When a DUI driver hits U and maims U, U can sit back and think about your Ignorance today.... I sure hope it doesnt happen, but just in case it does, I hope someone says the same thing to U that U said today...... U JACKA$$...

Nice grammar, who's stupid?

Drink no more said...

Keep selling that alcohol! Keeps the jailers, courts, hospitals, CYS, probation, funeral homes, defense lawyers all in business with a good portion of their salaries funded by US! So a dumbass and others like him can continue to drink and drive and endanger us and our families. So his drinking buddies at the bar can justify the stupidity.

There is a reason DUI is a crime. Don't be such a dildine. Who are we to pass judgment on this person? Alcoholism is a disease and if he has the disease then let us all hope that he can get help and recover. Not unlike a person with pneumonia, cancer, diabetes or other diseases.

"U" = "you". and "R" = "are". ( translation)

I've had more close calls with people on their phones, 'devices', whatever they are, . Blowing past me with their heads buried in their laps or with a phone stuck in their ear, pulling out in front of me, crossing the center line etc.. I see it all the time and I'm just one person puttin' around.
The day will come when it can be determined if people are on their 'devices' during an accident and that will make 'drunk drivers' look like a drop in the bucket.
Get down off your high-horse all you doo-gooders.
I personally think they should outlaw all eating and drinking while driving. NO MORE
coffee, soda, donuts, BigMacs, potato chips NOTHING!! And that includes texting

5:56: an "old vet" has every right to go out and have a few beers , what he does not have is the right to get behind the wheel after doing so. You can't be that naïve that you don't know the possible ramifications of driving under the influence. No one has the right to endanger my family, your family, or any other family by getting behind the wheel after indulging in a few adult beverages!

I do not have a translation for 'Dildine', Must be some kind of a Red Neck term for an intelligent person with compassion as used in the statement.

I'm sure 7:58 poster is some pothead loser believing that pot is safer than alcohol. Do us all a favor and move to California where pot is legal and where the entire state will soon be it's own degenerate country by 2018. Get lost.

Anonymous said...

Oh Hillary, why you hating old vets? Go burn some more flags.

Anonymous said...

No more donuts!?!?! They will have to lay off police then. After that there will be nobody to enforce your anti BigMac law???? Then what? Come on man, offer solutions, not just problems!

Anonymous said...

You're, You're welcome. See what I did there?

Anonymous said...

Hahaha now that made me laugh! You have no idea who I voted for (yet I did vote) Flag burner?! You clearly have no idea whom you're trying to insult here...you're a jackass, but I won't go any further with it, as you can make yourself look ridiculous all by yourself. Have a good night, and again, thanks for the laugh!

Not to naïve, nor judgemental did this gentleman reach a world record? 10? Unbelievable. I would think 3 strikes your out. However, Pot is safer than alcohol. Anything can be abused even salt and pepper.

My question is why aren't these damn Clubs/Bars held responsible for serving someone (obviously drunk) more beer if the Clubs/Bars was charged along with the person drunk I am sure we wouldn't have such a huge problem with DUI and public drunkenness. I have seen how a lot of bartenders will keep serving someone drunk just to make money and tips. More so tips cause that drunk person has no clue what he/she is putting on the bar (Yes it happens here in good old PORT ALLEGANY ) Now his 10th DUI yes this man is very lucky to be alive and lucky he hasn't killed anyone but a serious alcoholic like this man has a sickness and obviously can not step away from alcohol and that is where a Club/Bar should be charged along with the person they kept serving all day/night.

Sadly another individual who should have learned by now to not drive. How difficult is it to ask someone else not drinking to drive?

Hate to rain on your parade 9:26, but marijuana is coming to your state too. Probably in your lifetime. Not to mention the fact that a 2015 study estimated that approximately 6.5% of pennsylvanians are regular users..thats around 825,000 people..not counting those who didnt admit to it or occasional users. So its here. With a 2016 estimate of 375,905 unemployed people in pa they cant all be degenerates can they?

Anonymous said...

I'll drink to that!.......Hick-up*

Anonymous said...

I'm sure the PA unemployment rate if hovering around 6.5% then 9:29AM. Personally, I'd never hire someone who wouldn't pass a drug screening at my business.

I want to know why this guy didn't get longer time in prison I lost my father 20 years ago by a drunk driver and the lady killed my father only did 3 1/2 years and if you get pulled over and the cops finds a joint in your car you go to jail for 10 years that's so mess up

Anonymous said...

I am pretty sure he has no ideas becuz you wrote anonymous for your name

Anonymous said...

You's can condemn him but I choose to pray for him,
I'm thankful he didn't hurt/kill anyone, he shouldn't even had a driver's license with 10 dui's, it's sad the system is messed up, & inno cent people are killed every day b/c of cases like thus when the drunk is just left to go on driving & driving
