01/28/2017
Yesterday at approximately 4:00 p.m. Olean Police Street Crimes Unit members arrested 37 year old Larry L. Hicks of 228 N. 5th st., Olean for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a B Felony for possessing 7 Grams of Cocaine and 4 Grams of Crack with a street value of approximately $1400.

Investigators received a tip that Hicks was staying at this location and a check of Mr. Hicks name revealed that there was an outstanding arrest warrant from Chautauqua County for Criminal Possession of a loaded firearm stemming from a previous incident in Jamestown.
