what kind of caps are they ? what do they do and where can you get one if interested ?
"Say it ain't so, Joe." That's the way I feel about the announcement that Jim Clark is retiring from Cooperative Extension. Jim has been a hard-working, selfless public servant whose life work has been of great value for Potter and McKean Counties, the region, the state, the country and the planet. I don't believe anyone ever had to tell Jim to stick with the facts. His work in providing quality information to government decision makers, conservation groups and the public has been incredible, but his information has always been absolutely credible. Best wishes Jim.

It is a well cap. It sits on top of your well casing to keep rain, animals etc out, while allowing the electric line to your pump to come out without being pinched. It is held in place by 3 bolts. Very simple to install and a very good thing to have.
Jim was always there to answer my many questions. The area will definitely miss Jim. Enjoy retirement
