Tom Roof, Head Coach of Women’s Volleyball at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford said, "We are extremely excited about having Ally become part of the Pitt-Bradford volleyball team. We expect her to fill a big need for us and we like the experience she brings in having played in big pressure games in leading her high school team to the state semifinals." He continued stating, "In addition to being a dominating player at the net, Ally has demonstrated she's a leader on the court and her fire and passion will fit in perfectly with the personality of this team. A tremendous blocker, we expect Ally to also give us plenty of offense out of the middle as we look to repeat as AMCC champions and return to the NCAA national championships.”

Coach Roof commented that, "Ally falls in place as the type of player we are bringing here to Pitt-Bradford - she's athletic, gives us good size up font, is a great teammate, she's a District 9 Player of the Year, and comes from a very successful high school program. We’re going to need her to step up and adapt quickly to the college game to fill a big need for us. It's going to be a lot faster than anything she's seen, she's going to be going against bigger and better players than she's use to, and success won't come quite so easy as it did for her in high school, but we have all the confidence in the world that once she adjusts and gets some experience, Ally is going to be an impactful player in this conference."
