Sylvia A. Vigliotti, 95, of Bradford, PA, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Bradford Regional Medical Center.

She was born on August 8, 1921 in Bradford, a daughter of the late Lorenzo and Olympia Chicotti Alviti.

She attended Bradford Area Schools.

On November 19, 1942 in the St. Bernard Catholic Church she married Ottario A. “Tony” Vigliotti who preceded her in death on November 5, 2013.

She was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church. She was a former member of the American Red Cross and the TOPS #16 club. Mrs. Vigliotti enjoyed cooking for any occasion and playing Bingo; those that knew her know that she was always willing to help anyone in need.

She was employed by KOA Speer Electronics, Bradford, until her retirement.

She is survived by two daughters, Dominica (James) Beath of Nappanee, IN and Toni (Jim) Bloomquist of Bradford; two grandsons, Joseph and James Beath both of South Bend, IN; four granddaughters, Sharon (Matthew) Rethlake, Brenda Suter both of Nappanee, IN, Rachel (Patrick) Woods of Cicero, IN and Elizabeth Beath of Nobelsville, IN; thirteen great grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon Vigliotti, two brothers and three sisters.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at the St. Bernard Catholic Church with the Rev. Raymond Gramata as celebrant.

Burial and committal services will be in the St. Bernard Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc.
