Whatever way you were goin.... turn around and walk

Apparently they had a cell phone. Should have called family or friends and not rescue personnel. When my car breaks down, I have to call a garage or family to come get me.

Unless there is a physical reason I would assume they could turn around and walk out the way they rode in. Seriously!

People today jeez, pathetic, no survival skills, no common sense, just unbelievable. To many "smart phones"owned by dumb people!

They probably don't know how to walk in the woods, that's why they own an ATV, its called 'lazy'. I hope they are charged for all the trouble and expense.
Meanwhile some legitimately sick or injured person is waiting.

I just can't believe this, our hero's in fire, ambulance first responders reporting to haul out someone's ATV, this gets sicker all the time, first they destroy my lawn, a kid on a 6 wheeler, the these guys call for help., really sad!

Call AAA and not the fire department if your ATV breaks down. With less volunteers, our fire departments need to be available for real emergencies.

Probably just a couple of dotards from the city who are camping in the area or own a camp. You really can't blame them, they can't help it. Ignorance is bliss.
