Sexual assault charges against a Bradford man have been dismissed. Senior Judge William Morgan dismissed the case on November 9th against 42 year-old Jeremy Clark stating the rule that cases must be prosecuted in a timely matter.
Clark had been facing charges of aggravated indecent assault of a person under 16 years of age, sexual assault and corruption of minors for a case from 2015. His first attorney Jarett Smith died earlier this year and his second attorney, public defender Douglas Garber, later retired.
The district attorney’s office has filed an appeal of the decision.
