:aurie Barr said: Who's going to defend CAMA against the Seneca, Stenhach? Thanks to Stenhach’s astute legal talent acting as CAMA’s solicitor, the board members gave Epiphany the deal of the century, by agreeing to cover every cent of the engineering, permits and site prep costs.
And if the DEP doesn’t approve Epiphany’s permits, CAMA doesn’t get reimbursed! CAMA’s generosity cost sewage customers 24K so far.

first of all....sewer and water is a service. Residents don't own anything...they pay for a service just the same as natural gas and electricity so none of the money that CAMA has belongs to any of the citizens because it is not tax money. Second....you have an issue with putting this facility inside of a "flood zone" but you don't have an issue with the sewer plant being in that same flood zone? Do you have any idea what type of chemicals people put down their drains?

The sewage authority is incorporated by the 3 municipalities it serves. It’s a public entity. The board members are public servants. Every penny that CAMA collects from customers belongs to the public entity. I oppose putting this facility in a floodplain along with a growing number of people.

Why if people have their own well do they have to pay for and hook to town water ? Why can't they just pay a sewer bill to flush ????? Have you ever been by the sewer plant when they are releasing into the Allegany? The river is soon not going to fit to fish in, I wouldn't eat a fish out of it...Look what we did to the Nation they have a real gripe, we have ruined so much, years ago cows shi/ in the river an it never hurt it, now this is a problem, NOT,, shi/ is good for the river, it has corn, and oats that the fish eat after it is washed by the water....

7:31:00 AM Yes, facts are important. I've opposed this since June. I met with the DEP 2 times regarding this project not counting the public hearing in Coudy. I called and spoke with people at the DEP in the Waterways and Wetlands Program and also the Air Quality and Water Quality Programs and more. I called the DEP more than 2 dozen times. And the DEP has called me. I received copies of the facility files, emails related to this project and more from the DEP.

CAMA just RECENTLY contacted the DEP and asked what may be in Epiphany's discharge. That's a FACT.
