5pm: Freezing rain will continue to move in across #WNY through 8pm.

⚠️ Make sure you are prepared for power outages tonight! ⚠️
East wind gusts are picking up this evening, with several to 40 mph already. This will be a bad combination for trees and power lines, which will come down much more easily.

⚠️ Driving will become tricky tonight!⚠️
Don't be overconfident on treated roads, icy spots possible where salt has been washed off by rain. Bridges & overpasses are the most likely slick spots. Watch for downed trees/power lines, they will be hard to spot at night.
