Two people flown from scene of crash on Route 219

Snyder Township, PA – Two people were flown to the hospital and another was taken by ambulance after a head-on collision in Jefferson County Wednesday night.

79-year-old Robert Greenalch of Brockway was driving on Route 219 in Snyder Township around 7:40 p.m. Wednesday when he crossed over the center line for unknown reasons.

His car struck a vehicle driven by 73-year-old Larry Adamson of Brockway.

Greenalch suffered injuries of unknown severity and was taken by ambulance to Penn Highlands DuBois.

Adamson and his passenger, 74-year-old Suzanne Adamson of Brockway, also suffered injuries of unknown severity. However, they both had to be flown from the scene by STAT MedEvac.

Everyone involved had been wearing their seatbelts.

There is no update yet on their current conditions.

219 is like the Bermuda Triangle for Pa........ Come on people I know other issues may have been a factor in these accidents but slow down and pay attention. I hope all is well and get well soon.
