Helen V. Yarzabek, 88, a resident of the Rouse Warren County Home, Youngsville, PA., and formerly of Warren, PA

Helen V. Yarzabek, 88, a resident of the Rouse Warren County Home, Youngsville, PA., and formerly of Warren, PA., died peacefully at Warren General Hospital on Monday, November 4, 2019 after an extended illness. 

She was born December 23, 1930 in Warren, PA., Helen was the daughter of the late Frank and Jennie Rushen Yarzabek. She was a Warren area resident her entire life. 

Helen graduated in 1948 from Warren High School. She was employed with the former Warren National Bank for 15 years as a bank teller and with the former WACOPSE Credit Union for 18 years as treasurer, retiring in March 1987. 

She was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church.

Helen is survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, George Yarzabek, 3 sisters – Elizabeth Yarzabek, Ann L. Mundt, Mary L. Gordon.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, PA., on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. with Fr. Richard Tomasone, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph R.C. Cemetery.
