Seniors 2 Seniors Technology Training Program Receives Donation

The county-wide Seniors 2 Seniors technology training program received a monetary boost yesterday, when Juniata Valley Bank (JVB) presented their $1,000 (silver level) sponsorship donation to the program. The Potter County Education Council, Tri-Co Connections, the Potter County Human Services Area Agency on Aging, the Seneca Highlands CTC and our local school districts have teamed up to offer this program. The program teaches basic computer skills, digital literacy and cybersecurity to senior citizens so that they have the knowledge to utilize the many benefits of high-speed Internet.

Classes are being offered at all Senior Citizens Centers in Potter County. For more information or to register, call (814) 274-4877 or stop by the Education Council’s Coudersport office at 5 Water Street.
