...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Southwest to west winds 15 to 30 mph with a few gusts of
55 to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Clearfield,
Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...From late this evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power
lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts will likely occur
from shortly before midnight into the predawn hours of Sunday,
around and shortly after the time of a strong cold frontal
passage.
