Wellsville Police report the following arrest in conclusion to the investigation to recent vandalism in the Village of Wellsville. 


 Eric A. Roulo, age 18 of Wellsville was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony), Criminal Mischief 4th, Making Graffiti, Possession of Graffiti Instruments and Conspiracy 5th. 

Gavin M. Outman, age 19 of Wellsville, who had previously been arrested was additionally charged with Criminal Mischief 4th. Roulo and Outman were processed, issued appearance tickets and released. Roulo and Outman are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on 
February 25th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Gavin M. Outman, age 19 of Wellsville, charging him with two counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony), Making Graffiti, Possession of Graffiti Instruments and Conspiracy 5th. The charges stem from an investigation into damage done to numerous street signs, guard rails, vehicles and traffic signal boxes throughout the Village of Wellsville. Outman was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Outman is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 25th at 4:30 pm. This investigation is pending and additional arrests and charges are expected.

Wellsville Police arrested Megan, D. Lipyance, age 28 of Wellsville,
charging her with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI w/Child in vehicle and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an incident that took place on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Lipyance was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Lipyance is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 25th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Susan D. Miller, age 48 of Bolivar, charging her with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from a complaint made by Park Plaza Liquors in Wellsville. Miller was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Miller is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 25th at 4:30 pm.

Sunday February 9, 2020

Wellsville Police arrested Leroy W. Nupp Jr, age 48 of Bolivar, charging him with DWI, Refusal to take a breath test, Failure to keep right and Improper/No signal. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Jefferson Street in the Village of Wellsville. Nupp was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Nupp is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 25th at 4:30 pm.

Wednesday February 5, 2020

Wellsville Police arrested Michael R. Goulette, age 27 of Wellsville, charging him with Assault 2nd (Class D Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an incident that took place on Frederick Court in the Village of Wellsville. Goulette was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor with representation by the Allegany County Public Defender’s Office. Goulette was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond. Goulette is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 18th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Jeremy J. Uadiski, age 41 of Williston, ND, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Lights. The charges stem from a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Uadiski was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Uadiski is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 11th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Christy L. Graham, age 42 of Belmont, charging her with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Moved from lane unsafely. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Park Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. Graham was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Graham is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 4th at 4:30 pm.

I wonder how many of these folks will actually appear in court... I know two of these individuals... my money says they will skip out.
