Considering how the Seneca Nation flocked to Coudersport to protest the discharge of clean water into the Allegheny from the proposed gas drilling treatment plant about 100 stream miles away (shot down by misguided public outcry), I hate to think what they're planning to do with this real fouling of the river from not too far upstream.

There will be a lot of brown trout in that stream now!

This isn't the first time they have done this. They need to purchase a few holding tanks to pump waste water into instead of dumping in the river a couple times a year, this is unacceptable. For what they are doing to homeowners with septic tanks, they should be held accountable as well.

100% agree 5:45. The city should be fined and forced to construct more over-flow tanks to keep this from happening. It's disgusting and it's wrong and the Indians have every right to be upset about it. Shame on Olean.

The solution to pollution is dilution.

Discharge of clean water? 12:54 is another anti science idiot. Smh. They did their resarch and knew the dangers. They worried about the school and public near by and the children as well of coudersport community.
