Carol D. Hoffman

Carol D. Hoffman, 61, of N. Main St., passed away Thursday (Feb. 18, 2021) in UPMC Cole, Coudersport.
     
Born September 27, 1959, in Olean, NY, she was a daughter of Ralph and Barbara Brock Lute.  
     
Carol was a longtime resident of the area and a graduate of Port Allegany High School, class of 1977.
She had worked for Jubilee Foods, Midtown Bar, and Munchies all of Port Allegany, before having to retire.
Carol was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 460, Port Allegany.  She enjoyed sewing and crafting.
      
Surviving are two sons, Ralph E. (Rebecca) Hoffman of North Augusta, SC, Dustin A. (Olivia) Hoffman of Ulysses, PA:  seven daughters, Brianna L. (Anthony Hatzell) Zmuda of Hinsdale, NY, Sarna R. (Anthony) Wiley of Port Allegany, Angela M. (Nathan) Kio of Fairview, PA, Barbara A. (Thomas Bennett) Hoffman of Roulette, Amy R. Hoffman of Erie, PA, Michelle E. (Camron) Haggard of Tucson, AZ, Rebeccah J. (Travis Mix) Berg; several grandchildren; her stepfather, Lewis (Kathy) Duell of Port Allegany; a brother, Ronald (Cheryl) Lute of Lincolnton, NC; and two sisters, Linda (Francis) Ford of Cherryville, NC, and Angela (Mark) Hults of Port Allegany; and several nieces and nephews.
     
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Sherri Lute.
      
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Coudersport.
     
Memorials can be made to the March of Dimes.
     
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.
