I wouldn`t let these jokers drill a hole for a fence post. They are bad news.

Fine them 10 million dollars each time they mess up.That should wake them up pretty quick.

Oh,and give the fine money to the community they are hurting, not some fund that who knows where it goes.

These are not fines. They were cited for violations, they rarely result in fines. If they did operators would stop breaking the rules.

JKLM is one of the worst operators in Pennsylvania. More fines per well than any other operator. The only time I am aware of that the company was fined was after they injected water mixed with chemicals used for fracking in an uncased wellbore to retrieve a drill bit and the chemicals ended up in water supplies of homes along North Hollow and Coudersport's public water well.

I'd say 5 out of 6 posts from the same screwball.

I'd say you work for the gas industry.

If you bother to look into what really happened, which most people won't do, you will realize that this was a very minor incident with zero lasting impact on the environment. True that.

Drilling is dead in Pa. Just check the rig counts here then check them in Ohio and West Virginia. They are getting much better yields in those States.
