Does anybody else ask why PSP makes so many more Drug Arrests than the Local Police. What are they doing that the Local Police can't/won't do. Is more training needed?

The State cops are using common sense. They see an out - of - state plate or suspicious - looking car, run the plate, and wonder "why" a young person from Amherst, NY is tooling around Potter County. Next, look for probable cause to execute a traffic stop. Pretty simple and not likely outside the bounds of Borough Police training either.
